After doing a front end steering knuckle replacement work on my wife's car and completing it, I was in need of an alignment to make it drivable. With Robertson Tires local to Glenpool, I decided to do business with them.

I called the store and spoke to Zack and addressed my issue and told him I was in need of an alignment and he told me he would be able to get me in that day. Upon arrival and handing the key over, they got my vehicle taken in and worked on the alignment as discussed. With the first alignment scan, the front desk gentleman, which I never got his name, addressed the camber issue (-2 degrees) on the front passenger and rear passenger wheel and recommended the camber bolt kit along with 1.5 hours of labor work to install to correct the issue, which I declined. After the completion of the alignment and driving it home, I noticed the steering wheel off-centered and moderately towards the right as the vehicle drove straight.

After some time, I called RT and spoke to Zack, addressing the steering wheel concern and he said to bring it again so they can correct it. After bringing my vehicle to RT again, the same gentleman whom I spoke to the first time, which I still don't know his name, thought it could still be due to the camber issue that was addressed, but they were going to take another look at it again to be sure. After a moment, the car was ready and he handed me my keys. I asked him if I needed to sign anything before I leave and he answered me "Nope, you're good to go" without facing me and while walking away, which I found fairly rude.

I drove the vehicle home and the steering wheel was still off-centered to the right. As disappointing as it is and making the time to come to this shop a second time around for the same issue, I believe this should have been resolved completely within the given second chance. Sadly, I will not be using RT's services in the future due to the lack of customer service and professionalism.

They have superior customer service at this tire center with realistic prices. This staff have always been courteous and straightforward. They have a clean waiting room and clean restrooms too. Will continue being their repeat customer. Thanks Robertson Tire for all you do!

I took a tire in to get repaired. Something went wrong during that process in which the tire machine tore the bead making it non-repairable. Most tire companies would have said the tire is not any good and not admit to the issue with the machine, forcing you to buy a new tire. The Robertson representative not only told me what went wrong with the machine, but he also told me he was replacing the tire at no charge. I originally thought he meant replacing it with a used tire of equal value, but no, he put a brand new tire on at no charge. Robertson's will get all of my future business due to the honesty and integrity of how they do business. Thank you Robertson Tire for having such a high ethical standard.

Nothing beats having a business that you can trust and depend on for great products and services time and time again. The Robertson Tire in Glenpool does exactly that! I bypass the quick, stay in your car oil change places to come here. It’s well worth the short wait to know your vehicle has been serviced appropriately by professionals. I don’t always like what they have to tell me about my vehicles condition BUT I know they’re not lying to gouge my wallet like some of their competitors. PLUS, they’re just NICE! The customer service is top notch. You just can’t beat Robertson Tire in Glenpool. I trust them enough that I send my wife on her own because I know she won’t be taken advantage of. That says a lot!

We had driven to Oklahoma from Alabama to see our daughter. Our tire pressure light was coming on and I took our car to Robertson Tire and it had a nail in it. They fixed it for free and were very friendly! I will definitely go back again if I have more issues. I would highly recommend their service.

Super friendly and helpful. I took . y car here for a brake job since another place kept it for 3 days without even diagnosing it. Robertson diagnosed it and fixed it in half a day!! I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for service on your vehicle
