The security and receiving staff are friendly and courteous.

Unfortunately, as a driver/owner/operator: The time they take to unload is unreasonable. 6 hrs plus to unload palletizing freight.

I don't recommend taking a load to this location unless you have nothing else to do that day

Unloading took a while and I was a bit disappointed with this place at first, I wasn’t sure where to go for parking after my 7pm appointment I got my paperwork at 12am as there are not really any truck stops remotely close except for the small ez trip and everything would be full at that time anyways. Someone asked me to leave property because they don’t allow overnight but they allow me to bobtail and leave my empty trailer, say I can come back after 6am because the lot closes well, I can’t help but give a five star because that relieves me of so many problems and stress I went to the truck stop down the road and found plenty of bobtail parking, thanks.

You guys need to learn what is meaning of appointment if you can’t take delivery after 30 minutes of appointment time then why you guys took 4-5 hours for unloading ….. I never seen this kinda …… it’s really really really bad experience
If i have option for - - - 0000000 star i will definitely give you. Thankyou for wasting everyone’s time ….

Worse warehouse to deliver. Appointment was 5:00 pm. It’s 9:30 pm right now. Still here. Whenever you go inside ask about your trailer they make stupid excuse and ask for more time These people don’t care about your time.
Suggestion stay away from this place. The old lady in the office gives you attitude every time you her something.
