I had such a great experience at The Natty Dresser. The service was genuinely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and not the least bit pushy. You can tell they really care about helping you find what works best for you. The quality of everything in the store is top-notch. My wife and I went in in the early afternoon a few weeks ago hoping to find a dark grey suit off the rack that I could wear to a memorial service. I was leaving that evening so needed it right away. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, helping me find a suit that was perfect in fit and style (yes, I know I was very blessed that one was there). And they were able to do a rush job on hemming the pants so in less than 90 minutes I walked out with what I was looking for. In wearing the suit a couple days later, I found the suit traveled well in my suitcase, still looking great. So I am extremely happy with the quality and look. THANK YOU, Natty Dresser!!

I had never worn a suit before visiting the natty dresser. I was greeted and helped by Ronnie. Since I had no experience with suits , I required a LOT of help. Even on a very busy Saturday, she was able to give me all the help needed to pick out a suit for my wedding, get it fitted properly, and give advice on how suits should look. I also needed shoes to go with the suit and she helped me pick out an awesome pair to go with it.

Aside from all that, I received a text that if I spend $100, I get a free slice of cheesecake from the attached cheesecake place.

It all feels like a premium experience, and the quality of their products seem very premium too. I came from out of town and it is worth the drive. 👍🏼

I love this store! An elegantly beautiful oasis of gentlemen’s stylish clothing in the Pacific Northwest. Albany is lucky to host this wonderful store. Their assortment of suits, accessories, shoes, ties, and all things natty set this store apart. But what really makes them special is their customer service. Shout out to James and Oscar. A beautiful shop with amazing clothing, employees and atmosphere. I went to get sized for a wedding and was helped by James, an extremely well dressed and informed gentleman. The process was quick efficient and meaningful. James and I talk about safety razors even after we finished the measurements. I will be back that's for sure!
