I purchased an item to wear somewhere that's 3 hours away (driving). I asked the cashiers to ensure that the censors were off. Now it's morning and I come to discover the censors are on. FML! I'm going to attempt to go to TJ Maxx with the receipt to see if they can get the censors off but that's not a guarantee. They might assume I stole the damn item and trying to get the censors off at another store. This is going to be embarrassing and a big inconvenience to me. I'm already running behind schedule.

I was very nervous when I came in on Monday because I needed an outfit for an important interview that I had coming up and had no clue what to buy. But aloura helped me find everything I needed and boosted my confidence while she was at it! Such a sweet girl, I’ve never had such great customer service. 🥺

I cannot express how much my experience made me want to go back. I went in on a time crunch and I was under so much pressure to find an outfit for a photoshoot. I haven't really shopped inside of a store in years. I have definitely gained weight from the last time I used to go shopping in person. The sales associate did not judge me or make me feel like I needed to go anywhere else when I would ask for a larger size. I really appreciated that. I felt very welcome, even when I had to try things on like a million times. They always asked if I was doing okay. Even when I went to return what we didn't wear for the photoshoot, I did not feel like anyone was making me feel bad during my return process. The quality is great! Customer Service was great! I will return.

Only giving 2 stars because the clothes were nice. Customer service is garbage. I buy a 75 dollar sweater and the salesman says I get 5 off bc of my account, and 15 off of a purchase over 50. I said great apply it. He ignores me completely while chatting with the associate. I ask him again to apply the discounts and he brushes me off to continue to chat. I get to the point where I'm ready to get the hell out. I pay the full price and leave. Will be ordering online from here on out. I really don't care if in store sales drop and they have to close the store.

Love the clothes here, but there is absolutely no customer service at this store. Every time I come in here I have zero help. Today was no different, except to add to it we were greeted at the register by disgust, as if the employee was mad that we had 10 items. Corporate needs to come in and make changes, management is not doing it.

I love the style here. I’ve been buying clothes here for years. from athletic wear, to that special night out. I do a lot of modeling and I wear a lot of your clothes for my shoots! But when I got a table at the Emmy awards I wanted my suit to be perfect. I wore it ONE time and the buttons on my pmts were all lose and coming apart. After wearing that 400$ suit once , the back button and front button on my pants both fell off. When I called and asked what I could do, or to see if they could make it right, they told me since I had removed the tags I couldn’t exchange it.

Meanwhile at banana republic I brought back a pair of pants I ripped after over 40 washes without a receipt and they exchanged them no problem. Looks like express has lost me and my agency’s business. Unless they wanna make it right!

Staff offered help but didn't really seem to want to help. My son got frustrated so we left and went to shop in other stores. We came back to this store and still no "real" help. We ended up leaving g with a very frustrated teen still needing clothes for Senior Pics. Clothes appeared to be nice but staff just not very helpful.
