I've VERY rarely had a good experience at any of the Goodwill locations especially donating items. They are so picky about what they'll take that I might as well sell them myself, or offer them for free on Facebook. I've been turned away so many times that I've given up donating items to this organization. They have refused to take items that are in like new condition just because I didn't have the original packaging!! Your donations sprog do more good if you took them to an actual non-profit anyway.

A nice, clean Goodwill. Clothes were well organized and easy to locate and it's the newer version of the store so it's pleasant to stroll around. Not as much variety as I would have expected from the region but it might just be depending on the day and what donations have come in. If you like goodwills make sure to stop by.

Prices are not great and selection can be spotty but if you hunt you may find a good bargain. That said for some reason they had a TON of wedding dresses and so maybe if you are getting married and are not sure it’s going to last get your wedding dress here instead of giving it to here.

Fabulous location! Endless possibilities if you're trying to piece together an outfit. Quite a selection of shoes and accessories such as belts, scarves etc. The toy section is HUGE! You name it, this location has probably got it!! Quality, affordable merchandise with spectacular customer service. Kudos to you Goodwill!!

What an absolutely terrible store. This place used to be much better, but in typical Goodwill fashion they got incredibly greedy and ruined this store.

I don’t even know where to begin. Their prices are obscene and most of anything worth buying is funneled out of the store so that nobody locally can buy it. This is why most of the stuff in Goodwill is either Target donations priced higher than Target could sell, or broken, damaged or cheap crap left over from yard sales.

Everything you touch is damaged in some way, or has something wrong with it. They check nothing and do not care.

If you want to pay the same as eBay and get a worse product, this is the store for you. They do not care about anything but profits and think they are direct competitors with Amazon and eBay.

Stay far, far away. Go to literally any other second hand store. This is by far the worst place in Albany, Corvallis and Lebanon.

Also don’t forget they fired EVERY disabled person who worked for them, but left the posters with their faces on them in the entry way to scam customers into thinking they are helping the community.

I have been shopping here since day one!

Yes, I have noticed over the years that in gereral prices have gone up, but this is true with everything. Inventory is hit or miss but these are based on donations.

I buy holiday items, furniture, clothes, who knows..

I love finding Awesome stuff here!

Editing my review after shopping here for two years. The stock is meh and there is almost no sales color tags.

I went in the other day and the two things I was considering was a target jacket without tags and an 8 year old book. It would have been just short of $40 ($30+8)!! For a used jacket and random old book! You don't even get donation coupons at this location.
