Experienced the worst customer service today that I have ever received from a USA station and I am a very regular customer at this station. The young man in attendance was more interested in his phone than providing help. Two of the diesel pumps would not properly process our transaction. The attendant was rude and obnoxiously inattentive. Retraining him and supervising him might solve the issue.

I have been going to Leathers for years!!! I would say that I've usually had great service. On Wednesday, April 10th at approximately 4:15 pm, I asked for $45 regular. The next thing I know, I'm looking at the pump, and it's at $55!!! As if that wasn't bad enough, he let it go to $56! Last time I checked, it is against the law to keep going after it clicks. I got out of my vehicle and told the very rude attendant that I said I wanted only $45 and he told me he did not hear that (selective hearing) I told him he wasn't listening and he proceeded to be very rude. Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize this gas station again!

I like coming here! The service is pretty quick for there being usually only one attendant, but they get the job done. I used to pump gas when I was young, and it does take a lot of energy to run back and forth all day. Great prices, too!

I stopped by the hwy 34 station to get fuel a couple days ago there was a car in front of me and I got out and ran my card then the car in front of me left. Pump attendant was VERY RUDE about the pump I was using. He said he needed that pump and there was no one behind me for the 4 minutes I was there. I spend about $80 a week there and I will be getting gas across the hwy for now on. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMENDED

Great price for diesel. The guy running around in the tank top and neon shorts really does work there. At first I thought he was just helping his Grandma pump gas. 😆

I went to get gas at Leathers a couple of weeks ago on Friday night and watched how the gas attendant hustled to help the line of vehicles. His customer service was respectful with a smile. Good customer service with reasonable gas prices will keep customers coming back. I later learned the gas attend name is Victor. Thank you, Victor.

Tom and his son Travis are amazing mechanics! Super affordable and very knowledgable! Got a new clutch in our rig way faster than any other shop said they could do it and saved us a boatload of money. And really nice guys to boot!
