I've had the pleasure of working with Baylee on several projects now, and she has consistently been fantastic. She's incredibly quick at getting me quotes, which is a huge time-saver.

Baylee is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. She's easy to work with and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I came here about 3x a week for a few weeks and have to say Darren is a fantastic guy, extremely helpful and patient and down to earth. I can’t carry much because I have a bad back and I’ve gone to locations where the guys aren’t thrilled or just won’t help. Jason also was really helpful. Service was fast and they accommodated our needs . I’m really blown away by this location. Office staff, dispatch, loaders everyone here is amazing.

Staff knowledge of doors/windows was not great. They couldn't identify which of their samples was which style of milgard windows. They also weren't very knowledgeable about interior doors: not understanding that most does are just left/right and that inside/outside mount doesn't actually matter for most. They offer few delivery which is great. Prices are average - you're not going to get an amazing deal. If you know exactly what you want and want few delivery: this is a great place. If you need help deciding/don't know what you want, go elsewhere
