I called and I believe the gentleman’s name I talked to was Logan. I was set to get there 1 minute before closing, I told him the style and size of the shoes I wanted and he pulled all 3 pairs that were in stock and had them waiting when I walked in the door at closing time. I chose the color I wanted and purchased them and went on my way. Thank you so much for your help and doing that for me. Very much appreciated!! Will be buying my shoes at Fleet Feet in Madison from here on out!!

I've got happy feet thanks to Elijah. We tried multiple inserts and tennis shoes for my plantar fasciitis. Elijah was very patient, listened to my feedback, and made adjustments as requested. He brought out every color in stock of the shoe I wanted, let me line them up to take a picture to me friend and helped me choose my color. I walked out with a pair of shoes, inserts, and socks. Can't wait to see how much better my feet feel.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Maria took the time to walk us through the process and was very diligent in helping us find the right shoes. My wife and I both bought a pair of shoes for walking and light exercise. Great job overall by the team there, and a big thank you to Maria for the help on a busy Saturday.

Buying running shoes on the Internet is a gamble especially if you are where I am, had to change from a minimalistic shoe to something with more padding as I am getting older. So I had no idea, and choices all over. So I decided to go into Fleet Feet and see what was what.

The experience was amazing! They listened to my needs and helped guide me to running shoes that I would have never picked on my own, very custom to my feet. (Had me go up one size and change to a natural foot shaped shoe) the new shoes are very comfortable to run in, have a perfect fit, put 2 miles on them this morning and the feel is still somewhat strange due to the design feature, but a few days and will be great.

Usually the sales associates are helpful, but I recently had to return a pair of shoes and when the cashier heard that he started to get really condescending and ~quite literally~ started slamming his keyboard against the desk. When we finished he turned away with a huff. Tried not to take it personally but honestly I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.
I have never returned shoes before, but this experience makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Maybe just avoid that associate… a kind of skinny middle aged guy with a lot of gel in his hair

They have shoes for everyone, not just runners. I heard about them from my son, who lives in town. Awesome selection (they even carry unusual sizes). Absolutely have the most incredible staff! They have high-tech equipment to size you properly. I was shocked that they had 4 choices in my size
I never find shoes that fit me! I bought 2 pairs. Both were Brookes ! I highly recommend both Fleet Feet stores!!! I will be back. I highly recommend Fleet Feet!
