My husband and I bought flooring from Floors and Decor recently for a home we just purchased. We were assisted by the Assistant Store Manager, James. James greeted us immediately upon us entering the store. We had a sample of the flooring that we needed to match. He knew exactly what type of wood it was. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store and helped us make a decision on the correct flooring.

I have had such great experiences with this store. We are working on some home renovations, so there have been countless trips to other “home improvement” stores, and not once have we received the level of service that Floor & Decor-Madison has offered. Just this past Friday I visited because I was returning some unused materials from a project and asked for some assistance with our next flooring project. I was so fortunate to have Julie come to my rescue. She was so wonderful and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. I left with the samples I needed and I can’t wait to come back and get the rest of our materials. I love that I received the level of one-on-one service that you typically get from smaller, locally owned stores at a place like F&D that offers more affordability. They have definitely gained a repeat customer and I look forward to tackling more DIY projects with their help in the future! Keep up the great work everyone!

Wow! We weren't expecting this! Very large store with huge selection of flooring of any kind, from high-end to very affordable options. The place was so well done, with an army of workers who were eager to help. Great selection of hardwood, engineered hardwood, and any stone you can imagine. Nice selection of outdoor flooring options, which we weren't expecting. Did I mention tile? Massic variety of tile options from wall to floor. Really nice options for vanities with little vignettes setup to inspire you. No doubt this place is going to do really great in Madison. We will be back!

Floor & Decor was an excellent place to purchase tile. Their showroom is set up perfectly to find what you're looking for. When purchasing flooring, it is often difficult to visualize what it will look like on a big surface. Having pictures for each of their tiles was key with helping me find the perfect tile for our space. Their prices were also impossible to beat. I would highly recommend Floor & Decor for your next flooring purchase!

finally a store in Huntsville Alabama. I have already bought materials for 4 of my projects here, a huge selection at a very good price, you can buy everything from A to Z and the staff will help you . there is no discount for military but the price is always better than H.... or Lo... if you are renovating you have to look here.
