1500 dollar stihl chainsaw came with no bar oil and a quarter tank of fuel. Rep on the phone tried to make a nonsensical argument about how it enables consumer choice. How dumb do you think we are?

Major attitudes from the employee's when you need a sawzall blade. They treat you like a thief. Gotta call an employee over to open the case and he is nothing but rude, then he's gonna take it up to the counter because of course I am there to steal things lol. Won't be back. I can just order it online without the attitude.

This store would benefit in sales if they were open a couple more hours especially since you close around the time people get off work on the business end of things just my opinion. Maybe they don't like making more money? Food for thought!

Everyone is so nice, the customer service is above and beyond. Multiple employees came running when the line got too long, and an employee assisted me outside, COMPLETELY unsolicited, like it was simply expected (or perhaps because I clearly seemed to be struggling with my overly tired 1 year old, but it was still so appreciated). They also have the cutest Carhartt selection, often on sale; I was able to get a Carhartt onesie for only $6.99. Generally, I always leave Ace as a very happy customer.

In and out, no lines,no CoVid19 regulations, prices weren't to bad. Friendly helpful staff. In and out less then 5 minutes found what I needed, asked Employee where they Maul Handles were located, he gave me directions and I went to where he said and found what I was looking for. Not bad price 16.99 for American Hickory. 36" Handle.

Moved into town I've been to this location couple dozen times prices are much higher than any other Ace Hardware sometimes by $10.00 also I've been there multiple times and they told me I can't buy something because they're doing inventory, and told to go to scapoose ABS 3" prep $49.99 scappose $32.99 I want to support local businesses but when a company makes it this difficult to shop with them

We don't have an ACE hardware store in our city, so we travel 25 miles to the store in St. Helens, Oregon, and we are never disappointed. After we load up our cart with the items we specifically needed, we enjoy just browsing many of the departments to see other merchandise. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and ask if we need assistance. This is a great place to shop!
