The place is always cleaning, washer and dryers are kept up, they're all newer. Everything gets dry. And the setting on washer and dryer are fantastic. Thank You Royal Quick Clean for an Outstanding Laundry Mat.

This used to be your basic low-budget laundromat. I hadn't been in here in a couple of years and was very pleasantly surprised at the changes these owners have made. That's not to say there's no flys in the soup... cobwebs in the ceiling and dust/lint under appliances... but the overall impression is one of significant improvement with an obvious forward thinking plan.

I especially like the Speed Queen app-linked washers and dryers... this option allows us to put our laundry budget in the Speed Queen app, then use it as needed throughout the month.

I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the future these owners have in mind. Hopefully, they will keep the prices as affordable as they are now.

And a final note... unlike many facilities like this, when I called the manager's phone number, someone picked up immediately, listened to my report of an issue with a dryer, and responded with appreciation. I write this a week after that call... that dryer has been repaired and put back in service and I'm using it now. I applaud these owners and their manager for quickly responding to a problem.

It is a laundromat. One 50 pound machine (8.50) and three or four slightly smaller machines (about $5/load) and the rest are the double and triple load speed queens. No topload machines here. The dryers are two sizes and have different times per quarter.
There isn't much seating, especially compared to the other laundromats in the area.
I have only once had a problem with a machine here in five years so they seem to maintain them alright.

Very clean, efficient and well laid out laundry matt. They have a wide varity of size selections of washing machines and it has super sized dryers as well as regular size dryers to to choose from. We have tried all of the places in the area to do laundry while we build our house, and by far this is the best!

Just noticed this is only laundromat that charges a quarter for 4 min. To dry. Everywhere in Portland they give 8 minutes per quarter. Someone must need a Ferrari. past review....Always clean. Owners are nice. Machine's work awesome. I compared them to every laundromat in Portland. Possibly lint filters need to be cleaned more than what they are scheduled for currently. Or just leave lint filters unlocked so we can clean them.

Business is spotless, bathroom clean and available. Machines ALL in working order. There are two Coin change machines, so if one is down you have no delays.

Also and a very big item....an actual trouble telephone number clearly posted on the wall

This is the best kept laundry I have ever seen. Well worth the drive from Scappoose and the run down unkempt laundry there to this GEM
