I can't imagine how lucky I am. After being played around by Hillsboro Tonkin CDJR, I met the best car dealership I have ever seen in my life. There are two outstanding, professional and dedicated staff members in it. Her name is Kayla and her sales manager is David. This morning, while I was deciding to purchase a RHO from Mark Doge's dealership in Houston, I accidentally saw an advertisement pushed to me on Facebook. It said that the performance pickup truck RHO I needed was parked in St. Helens. The introduction was very clear, all the prices, merchant discounts, rewards, rebates were all written out in detail without any deception. Because I knew this car so well, I knew it was the best time. I immediately contacted Kayla. She was very busy because she was the only one working today. She promised that she would contact me when she finished her work. I waited until 4:30 p.m. and she finally finished her work. She immediately expressed her apology to me and explained that there was only her as the salesperson and only one manager today. Her honesty moved me because she didn't need to explain anything to me at all. Then we met. I met the sales manager of St. Helens, David, during our conversation. I was still trying to test him with the lowest price but his sincerity and admiration made him actively find out some incorrect figures for me to save a lot of money. During the bargaining process, he mostly listened to my requirements without interrupting me at all. He was the most courteous sales manager I have ever seen. He was different from others. His honesty moved me. He earned profits with his wisdom and honesty instead of getting business through deception like other sales managers. Kayla and David served me until 8 p.m., far beyond their normal working hours. I kept observing them. They didn't show any sign of impatience. Instead, they introduced the functions of this car very professionally and even helped me download an APP to save me the time of researching by myself. This place, St. Helens, I recommend it to everyone who is planning to purchase a JCRD! And I and my family will become the most loyal guests of Kayla and David.

Kayla the sales person and David the finance manager are absolutely some of the best folks I have ever had the pleasure to truck shop with. They are happy to answer any of your questions and worked on a great price for me. I would recommend dealing with these two to anyone I know or my family there is no B.S with them. They have great prices and awesome trucks. Hope you reach out to these two especially Kayla she really worked hard for me and I know she will for you as well. 💯👍

This was the easiest new car buying experience I've ever had. I spoke with Kayla over the phone and she sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in quickly. We negotiated the price of the new vehicle and my trade in before I ever stepped onto the lot. Kayla was great to work with and had everything taken care by the time I arrived. Thanks again!

Having been in the business for many years before I retired, I have a simple philosophy. I want a great vehicle at a fair price from people I can trust. Absolutely horrible and I repeat horrible at communicating. My husband and I went in to buy a Truck and got to the part where we signed on what we agreed to pay. They then stated the truck was going to get an oil change and died. It was almost 4pm and they said the service Department closes in a few minutes and I would have to wait to find out what was wrong til the next day, however according to their website it closed at 5. We agreed that we would find out the next day on what exactly was going on and if it was an easy fix we would proceed with the sale. The next day comes, The service department opens at 7am. I myself called at 10 Just to be told they didn't know what was going on and that she would call me right back. Fast forward to a couple hours later. Again I called just to be told that she would call me a right back after checking out What was going on. Fast forward again another few hours. I am then told the head manager for service departments was not in and could not check off the vehicle and proceed with the sale until the following day which now 2 days are gone. I would then have to find out the next around noon. Come twelve thirty that next day I again call Just to be told that it was a relay switch. So why couldn't they tell me that to begin with? Simple. They then proceeded to tell Me they
Heard a knock and there was something wrong with the manifold. They would have to take and open everything up to even find out if there was an issue and if so it would be a lot more money. It was a good deal to begin with.And they didn't even want to give me what I agreed to sign and since then it was nothing but oh, there's issues here oh there's issues there. Again I heard nothing, Nor did my husband. I told them that I would talk it over my husband and call them right back. I talked it over with my husband and called them right back. Apparently all three people that I was dealing with were busy and they would call me right back. 5 HOURS later and not a damn call. I was willing to go drive the hour to get there and buy it flat out as it as is but they never returned my call. Mind you this was a cash flat out price out the door no questions asked.

ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE DOING BUISINESS THERE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND!

Again to be clear, it was also stated it had a full inspection and only needed a oil change. And she actually was going to allow me to pay prior to it being seen... so try again. We agreed to call and come in the next day so we didn't pay but was told we could.

We agreed on a price and the manager made sure we knew "she would get in trouble for allowing it to go for what we agreed" she would "get her hand slapped"

By that, it makes it seem you simply didn't want to sell it. Too good of a deal to let it go for what you agreed.

Not to mention.... HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AS YOU NEVER WOULD RESPOND TO ANY CALLS OR EVEN THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT.

Had one of the best car buying experiences here at St Helens Auto Center. My salesman Will was super friendly and not pushy, great overall experience. Owner Andrew very personable and helped his sales staff from the beginning. Closing the deal was great too worked with Jennifer whom I had running in circles but she stuck it out till the end. Would highly recommend for a local dealer and finding your next car for your family. The most impressive part was being flexible with needing to get my payment from an out of state institution, they worked with me and gave good value for my trade. 10/10 and an exemplary example of proper customer experience.
