Life savers. Worked in St. Helens Friday and after work realized both my truck batteries were toast. After spending the night in my truck because two tow companies couldn't get me started. The guys at NAPA brought two new batteries to me Saturday morning Even though they were short handed. Thank you guys. It was a long cold night but you got me back on the road when no one else could. The staff at this location was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out of a really bad breakdown situation far from home. I had tried every part store in St. Helens and nobody was willing to even give an effort. I decided to try the Scapoose location and am fortunate I did. Being in the automotive repair business for the last 30 years I have seen alot of changes in the parts business. No longer do we have the helpful counter guy who knows what fits what. We now have order takers. Not here, they were attentive, courteous and innovative. Because of the excellent service they provided I was able to make it home as scheduled. I went in on July 19th with a blinker issue with my car and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond!! He fixed my issue and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.. he worked on my 2000 Saturn and he was AMAZING!!! THANK YOU NAPA DUDE YOURE TOTALLY AWESOME!! This will be my go to place for everything my car needs!!!

ordered front and rear brake parts 2 weeks prior to replacement. 2 of 4 had to be shipped from pdx. found out all 4 were for the rear in the middle of replacement. had to reorder and wait for pdx delivery at 330p friday. called before pickup, but parts did not show up. next promised time was 11a saturday. called before pickup, parts did not show up. next promised is now 130p. i mentioned issue, she hung up on me. the proper response was " i am sorry about inconvenience let me call now to ensure delivery". i shopped here for 20 years and will be last. great timing oreilly! beware oreilly, check resumes of prior work experience at interviews.
