Closed during business hours.

I came in to get a postcard because I am visiting from out of town and thought this would be a cool option so I drove across town to the mall and the doors were rolled down...

Go see Judy at Salem Center!!!

I went in to the Salem Downtown location the other week to choose a gift for a family friend, and the Assistant Manager Judy was so helpful in assisting me. She is the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most helpful lady around =D =D =D She's got a New York accent to boot, which is so cool to hear in Oregon, and she's a wonderful asset to their store and to the mall in general.

I asked her how I could leave some positive feedback about my experience, and she directed me to the Customer Service number for the company at large. When speaking with them, they suggested that if I had time and felt it was warranted, I could leave a review here, which I thought was a great idea and absolutely deserved!

Needed souvenirs for the family back in CA and was recommended this store. There were so many cute things, and the young ladies there were so wonderfully helpful and nice.

I really enjoy the store it's a bit expensive but sometimes when certain employees work and they watch people a little too much a kind of sways me from wanting to go and look or purchase anything I mean the store is not very big anyways so you don't have to really be up my nose cuz it's totally obvious and watching her do it to other people it just made me think it's not very friendly store I understand if they have shoplifting issues but really try to be more discreet you don't have to be so blatant

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I work at the Salem Center location, and the manager, Peggy, as well as all of my co-workers, are very friendly and welcoming people! I would highly recommend stopping in for a visit.
