Worst customer service ever, ordered Baptismal dress 5 weeks in advance of need. After 3 weeks and us checking in several times they called to say our dress was in. Well it was the wrong dress. My receipt showed correct number they ordered wrong. Then they say well why don’t you want this one it’s here, well no because it’s not the dress I ordered and paid a deposit on. Then she says well the right one will be here this week. Ok perfect 1.5 weeks before Baptism get a phone call UM go ahead and come get a refund we can’t get your dress. Honestly I understand things could be out of there control sometimes. But no apologies just irritation when I refused
The wrong dress and no apologies when they called to say come get the deposit. And then told
My husband he only was entitled to a partial refund because we took the shoes. Which we did not. Anyways would never recommend them just out of the shear disregard or appropriate customer service!

As I walked in there was this old lady sitting down doing some sort of craft. Never did she say hello or help us out. She sat down and only stood up when we asked her about a few dresses. When I asked to try a dress on she told me the size was too small and that I was big for that dress (keep in mind I'm 130 lbs and I always choose bigger sizes just to be safe) theres no way that dress wouldn't have fit me. Overall the service is terrible. The dresses are too cheap looking and dont vary in style. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

This has been the WORST experience when it comes to purchasing a formal dress!!!! They gave my daughter's dress to someone else, thankful that it was someone in the same party so we got it back but my daughter had to do all the talking ... They staff are anything but helpful! Two out of three times we have gone, the staff in the building could NOT provide any assistance .... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Went there to look for a mother of the bride dress. My intention was to give my business to a small locally owned store. I was treated with disdain. The lady pointed to a rack and walked away. I left in tears.

Some dresses we're pretty. They had a wide variety of dresses but I couldn't understand the lady. Her English was very poor and it was hard to communicate.

Terrible service, tries to overcharge you, and when you try to get something tailored they will claim that they don’t have it at the store and make you wait 2 hours for them to go get it. Highly unsatisfied, and do not recommend to anyone.
