Going here was a far better experience than I could have ever expected. First, I got more than expected on my item. And then to top it off the woman helping me, Birdie was so friendly and made the whole experience feel very positive, and was surprisingly the best part of my day. It’s a rare experience to have someone make what I thought would be a negative thing into an uplifting part of my week. If I ever am need for a loan on an item again I will definitely go there. I may even go back some shopping when I pay it off!

this review specifically goes to birdie, her customer service is by far the best service i have received at ‘all that glitters’ she immediately acknowledges me and what i also really liked was the fact was that she acknowledged other customers as they walked in and treats each customer like family and with respect which i don’t see happening a lot at businesses & just overall makes everyone feel welcomed. definitely will be returning again soon !
