The facility has easy access, is very clean and well maintained. There are more than one entrance into the building and I am so relieved and glad about that. The office I visit is at the very end on the left if you were looking at it from the from the front of the building. The side door entrance is much easier for me to enter and access, it saves me a lot of walking and that is a blessing since I am fully disabled. At the side entrance they also have plenty of parking, parking spaces allocated for those with proper credentials to park in disabled parking spaces and it has wheel chair accessible facilities. These are important assets when it comes to disabled individuals being able to access facilities.

I'm not familiar with all the offices in this facility, but the office I go to the staff are really AWESOME!! I've read reviews and it seems that overall that these offices are staffed with great professional individuals.

If I had to say a complaint, I guess I would say it would be nice if the signage outside was larger, more distinct or perhaps placed in a better place so that it is more noticeable and catches our eye when looking for. Thank goodness for GPS that when it tells you to turn now after telling you to turn R a couple of times that it's indicating that you're about to miss the drive to turn in on. I made my appointment, so I know to watch carefully for that R turn because of the lack of being able to see the sign well. So if I had to complain there is what it would be. I'm not complaining anymore about it, because I am very satisfied otherwise and that seems minor now that I have figured it out! Blessings to all!

Had some cancer cells frozen on my head and arm. Emily the prettion and the trainee were great. She explained step by step what she was doing. And most of all she answered all my questions, even about my feet. All the staff were extra friendly.

Took my stepson for oral surgery there. The receptionist, Tammy, was great! She was kind, helpful, and funny. I think every doctor's office should have a Tammy!
