This was a great atmosphere. Initially, we placed our order to go since all the tables were taken. The seating arrangement there is first come, first serve. We ended up dining in as a table got opened and I’m so happy we did. The staff there are friendly and service was excellent. Great menu selection as well. We ordered a Hot Cocoa, Croissant Benedict, Brioche French Toast, Chorizo Crepes. All were wonderful, savory and really good portion. We will definitely be back.

French Press always hits the spot. I've been going there for many years. They have a plethora of crêpes that will satisfy any taste buds, whether you want a sweet treat or a hearty breakfast. I always go for the same thing: my Nutella crêpe and, as of recently, the panini. Seeing how those two items are always consistently good, I would assume that, although I haven't tried a whole lot of the other options, they're probably yummy, too.

This place can get very packed and busy, so if you're expecting one-on-one customer service, this isn't the place for you. I don't really mind, as they're not rude or anything, but they keep their employees in a fast-paced environment. They also have a drive-thru if you don't want to deal with the possibility of not having any seating! It's definitely a must-try if you're in Salem. To me, they're the best crêpes in Salem. Their consistency is smooth and chewy, just as I like them to be.

Such a great little cafe! Savory and sweet crepe offerings for any craving. I had the banana and Nutella crepe which was fantastic, paired with a black Irish latte which was one of the best cups of espresso I've ever had. Will definitely be back again. ☕

Food was not good. I ordered peach crepe and it was literally peaches from a can with the syrup that comes with it just dumped on a flour tortilla and it was cold. The coffee was great, I had a capuchinno. The restaurant was clean and had a great ambience, the employees were sharp and fast they also have a drive through.

Wow!! This place is such a treat.

My mother and I went here for brunch. It was pretty busy so there was a short wait for our food. We ordered the Banana Flambeau and Apple Pie crepes with the Belgian Cocoa. OMG! It was so dang delicious, well worth the short wait.
The restaurant and eating area was spit spot and clean.
Fireplace was burning making a welcome and warming atmosphere.
Highly recommend going here is you want some dang good food, hot cocoa or coffee, and a great time. I’ll certainly be back very soon with my date.

Thank you for the great time!

Overall the food was good. One order was messed up. We ordered the Cowboy Scramble. One person in our group is allergic to eggs, so we ordered the Cowboy Scramble without egg. We got the veggies and potatoes, but none of the meat. No problem, we let them know, twice. It took over 30 minutes to get that. Service was slow. We did get a $10 gift card for the oversight. We will try here again!

A group of coworkers and I tried out a new breakfast spot this weekend called French Press.

The interior was warmly lit with lots of dark wood accents, giving it a Parisian café vibe. We sat along the large windows facing the street, perfect for people watching with our meal. Even early on a Sunday the place was busy, which is always a good sign.

The menu had all your morning favorites like pastries, omelettes, and pancakes but with a French twist. I got the croque madame, which was an upscale ham and cheese sandwich topped with a sunny side up egg. It came with a small green salad and was the perfect light yet filling start to my day.

Of course, being a coffee shop their espresso drinks were top notch. I'm usually a plain cup of joe girl but I decided to treat myself to a caramel macchiato. The flavors were deliciously balanced and it gave me the jolt I needed.

Service was speedy but still friendly with our smiling server checking in regularly. The reasonable prices and quality ingredients meant we didn't feel broke afterward either. Overall French Press delivered an excellent brunch experience in a soothing, stylish setting. It will definitely be our new regular weekend hangout.

i usually love coming here but the past couple times we have had the girl with piercings and short hair take our order and she has so much attitude no matter how polite you are. The first time we just assumed she was having a bad day but after it kept continuing we realized she just doesn’t have very good manners. Everyone else on the staff is amazing and sweet everytime. Sucks she is bringing down the company, amazing food though.
