The sales portion was great. Jimmy did a fabulous job helping us find the right couch. Today’s delivery on the other hand was disappointing. One big issue, the couch has a hole in it. They were so rushed with the set up that cords aren’t connected how they’re supposed to be, and there was no help or instructions left on how to connect the speakers. So I’m trying to get help from YouTube. For a $4,500 purchase, I expect better. Currently waiting for a call back.

I am very satisfied with my whole shopping and delivery experience with Mor Furniture. Found the sofa sectional sleeper I’ve been looking for. Love the color and the comfort. Staff was very helpful and did not pressure me and let me have my sweet time looking around and deciding. Delivery was on time and delivery team was very careful when they brought the sofa in. They were also able to assemble it very fast. I would recommend Mor Furniture for your furnishing needa.

My daughter bought me these rocking, reclining, chairs a few months back, and coffee tables to match. I love the chairs. I showed one without the pillows and reclined. It's really big and comfortable. I tell everyone who sits in them where she got them. I'm very pleased.

Sales person got snippy with after I asked why wasn’t I notified that my sofa chase was out of stock after I had already purchased it a week before when it was stock. Since my sofa was out of stock they sent me a loveseat that I didn’t even order or want so I sent it back. I called there 866 number and there 559 number for 30 minutes and no one answered. I’ve been going to Mor for four years never had I had issues till now. All there furniture come Ashley furniture anyways. May have to be going there now because I won’t be back to Mor’s. Disappointed

Another great experience with Mor Furniture for less.
From picking put our pieces to deliver and setup, everything was perfect! Now our room is even more comfortable. Our whole house is furnished with Mor products. Four years now that we've been coming back. We love this place.
