Did not have the product I searched for on Google and said they carried. Matter fact they looked and me like I had just spilled their milk all over the store when I asked. Also how can u claim to be a smoke shop in the description and not sell tobacco products?

July 15th. I spent over $100 here took the corrective actions to buy this bag that is supposed to keep your bong/rig from breaking its very padded and all but I’ve only had it for less then 24 hours. I bought this before I had to work at 2pm so about 10-11am I came to Smokey’s. There’s no reason that my piece should have broke when it practically stayed in the bag and when it was put in the bag it was not broken. So I go explain to them that this bag did not keep my rig safe as it should and they only offered me 25 percent off after I spent a bunch of money on a bag that did not work. And now I don’t have a rig because the bag I trusted didn’t do it’s job. They didn’t offer me another piece to make up for there stuff not working or there workers not knowing what there doing apparently. This is the first and last time I’ll be coming in here. I’m so very upset and all they said was there’s no returns and all he can do is give me 25 percent off.

Hands-down my favorite place to buy my blunt wraps a handful of different brands to choose from I am finding myself stepping out of my comfort zone which is the high hemp brand. Customer service has always been A1 i’ve never experienced any bad vibes this family owned business deserves more credit than they are given. Hands-down I refuse to buy my blunt wraps anywhere else I will wait until they open if I’m not able to stop in before they close.

"I purchased palm pro - purple black yesterday for $35, and I'm completely unhappy with it. I specifically asked for a button that would cause the pen to draw but the button simply changes the heat settings and turns it on and off. The pen doesn't draw half the time and it was a complete waste of money for me. Am I allowed to exchange or return?" Reply: We normally don’t do returns for stuff like that if you have all the packaging I can exchange it for a different cart battery
In other words they would've sold the same battery to someone else, and the one's I get on 420 for free at Truth dispensary were way better.

This is the place to go if you want some new glass. However, the last few times going in it seemed as if I was bothering the people behind the counter with even being there. - I had asked for 0mg juice and the person behind the counter have me a big story about him not vaping.
Next time I went in was just for lighters, and they only had simple one colored bics and camo clippers. - if your looking to restock your smoke supplies I do not recommend going here. But for glass, it's great.
