I've been in here four times, the first three times were decent enough, the cashiers were nice and the products are affordable. Today however there was a noticeable difference, there were two cashiers working, normally when I come in there's just one, and they had music playing so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think. The music was particularly distasteful full of foul language and lyrics about cheating on your partner or something I don't know. The cashiers were talking to each other the entire time and the lady who was helping me was on FaceTime with a boyfriend or something the entire time as well, which felt like a breach of my privacy. Additionally they had a dog in the shop, the dog was nice and minding its own business and I really don't mind if there's animals but I overheard their conversation about how they shouldn't have had the dog there so it just felt like something was off. I don't know if the ladies were high or what, but I don't know if I'm going to come back here again after that unprofessionalism. I get it to dispensary and I get that we all have stuff going on but I expect at least somewhat of an attempt to be professional especially in a medical facility.

This place is absolutely amazing! There are so many dispensaries in Salem, and I’ve visited quite a few, but Salem Organics really stands out! They have an incredible selection, fantastic prices, and the employees are just wonderful. Plus, they truly care for their medical patients and know exactly how to help. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere! I don’t usually come to this side of town, but I’ll definitely be making the trip now. If you’re thinking about going tomorrow, don’t wait—get there! You won’t regret it!

Was going to grab something quick as I have been sick and needed something to help remedy for the night. Doors were locked at 9:48
I get it that you guys want to close and not deal with traffic as it's state law not to sell over a certain time, but that early? I have worked for dispensaries and never that early did we close.

This place have the best price nd good customer service,ive been coming here since 2020 never had a problem until 2024..when casher tryna rip me off,
I came to the shop today,when I walked in the cashier nd the Customer were kind going at it..I heard the man saying he wanna see his money worth nd wanna pick out the bag,and then…I told the man that some worker would let you,pick out the bag before you buys it..nd the casher looks at me nd said oooh your that guy that made a complain about me nd she looked at me said get out before I call my boss..then she wen nd call the boss,I was confuse cuz I didn’t do anything wrong beside telling the man some workers serve different nd she got mad after that,nd I told her,she mad because she tryna sell me a $30 bucks half for 40..
So waited a little, to understand why she kick me out””she claimI was yelling..I respect this place too much to go around yelling like a kid,that’s I left after she threatened me to call the cops on me when I just barely walked in..

The worst customer service. Long dark haired girl with glasses didn’t know what any of her joints were sativa, hybrid, indica and offered no assistance in finding out. When I said ok I need to know because sativas give me horrible anxiety. She said well they are both good and didn’t give me anxiety. Horrible customer service and didn’t even say hello when I came in. I had to initiate the conversation.
