Every time I walk into this store I am magically greeted by someone offering to find exactly what I need. They help me within 5 minutes and I leave with everything I need, and they have reasonable prices. I also love the little gift shop attached. I will always go to ace instead of those other hardware stores.

I was on the hunt for a super rare item - a Milwaukee M12 Fuel 3/8 Stubby impact ratchet. I thought my local Home Depot might have one, but they were in such high demand that they were having a tough time keeping them in stock.

I did spot one at the Ace location, though. I tried to order it curbside online, but my credit/debit cards wouldn’t work. So, I called the store and they were super helpful and set one aside for me. When I got there, they were really friendly and showed me where to find it. It was a great experience!

Wow! I brought my Stihl blower to Ace and they figured out the issue(s), tuned it up and within 30 minutes I was out the door. Totally fair price!! Great service!! Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks! Plus, their prices are more competitive with the big box stores than you might think.

Yesterday, I went to Lowe's to look at Ego lawn mowers. Despite calls for help, I didn't get any assistance for 20 minutes. I was ready to spend $400 there. While I was waiting, I decided to shop around on my phone. I soon discovered that the same mower was available at South Salem Ace for the same price and it was in stock.

This morning, I went to Ace to purchase my new mower. The customer service is spectacular. They answered all my questions and I was so impressed, that I added another $400 worth of yard accessories. There really is no better shopping experience than at Ace.

I needed a new key fob they tried very hard to get one to work even calling in a locksmith. Unfortunately all their efforts did not work. I will visit this location again. They were very kind and understanding.
