After running out of ink while working on something I popped in with 10 mins to close. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and Nadia helped me find what I needed. I noticed the price was different than the online price and she said they price match. Travis helped me with that with a super quick check out and found me an additional $10 coupon! I will definitely be back. Way better service and price than any competitors. Thank you, y'all have a GREAT team!

I needed a poster printed within a very specific time frame. The person I spoke with first guided me to the website, which ended up not being as useful for me. I called back the next day with a now same-day request and that person ensured that my original order was canceled and then was able to print my order within hours of my second call. The poster was perfect!

Horrible place. I've attached a photo of how the delivered my blueprints. They also did not staple them together and asked me to buy a heavy-duty staplerwhich came with no staples. You think you would get more for over $300 spent. Absolutely disgraceful.

My recent experience at Office Depot exceeded expectations. I went in simply to buy printer ink, but the staff went above and beyond to help me. When I mentioned I was having trouble with my printer's fax function, they offered to troubleshoot the issue for me, free of charge! They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem. I left the store not only with the ink I needed, but also with a fully functioning printer and a newfound appreciation for the exceptional customer service at this Office Depot. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking office supplies or friendly, helpful staff.

Today a very nice lady named Caryn helped me...hmmm-her name reminds me of the word "caring".
I guess because that's my evaluation of her as an employee..a very helpful/caring person.
Oh! BTW I can't forget about Mario too. I mean he's a fairly new guy on the block, but gotta say that he also definitely "Shines!"
In my opinion this Office Depot gets my respect with 5 HUGE STARS because they REALLY SHINE!!!!!

An Abysmal Experience. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. We ordered (2) Chair Mats to be delivered. Office Depot uses Door Dash. The Door Dash delivery person couldn't find our Unit Number, he sent a text, that we were not able to respond to. He didn't phone, Leave a VM...just a text. So the order was cancelled. So, My Wife who has an artificial hip replacement and is somewhat challenged at 74 years young of Age, ended up going physically to this Store. (Incidentally, filthy parking lot, graffiti, and severe lack of Lighting, Safety Concerns abound). When we arrived, an Associate seemed to 'Grunt' and acknowledge the cancelled order. There was no apology for our inconvenience, no empathy offered...and there wasn't even an offer to help carry the merchandise to the Car. DO NOT SHOP at this Location. The carcinogen of apathy has taken over and it is readily apparent.
I usually have a fabulous experience shopping at Office Depot. Sad to report, that this was NOT the case Tonight....Awful Experience indeed.
