I appreciate how they stand behind the lifetime guarantee. I have swapped my inserts in 2x now over the years for new ones for free when I felt the support was breaking down. This last visit I met Torie who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a great experience!

Would suggest an upgrade on google maps as it takes you the Olive Garden in Salem, Oregon instead of where it’s at!
Once I arrived I was pleasantly accepted and was very pleased with how the staff treated me and my concerns.
I’ve had my inserts for a number of years now and I keep coming back because of the helpful folks at your stores!

2/22/25 Took my husband into the store to see if their support system would help him with numb feet, balance etc. after having vascular surgery 2 yrs ago. We were meet my Emmanuel who was very professional & pleasant. He answered all our questions & was very detailed with what the system could do for my husband. It has only been a few days of using the system but hubby who is a regular golfer is very impressed that his balance is back. He using the 3 step system and can see the he is not twisting his ankle, yes he feels the insoles but once up and walking they a the hurt subsides some. Yes this system is very expensive but if the results are as expected it will be well forth it.

Girls were very helpful, did a check on my feet implant and changed size and insert. They were VERY nice and made sure i was fitted to the correct size and lift. Highly recommend them!!!

I have been using the Good Feet inserts since 2011 and for the past 7 or 8 years Lucy in Salem, Or. has been very helpful in fitting me with shoes and inserts upgraded as needed. She is very knowledgeable and such a thrill to work with. Always upbeat and listens to my concerns as well. She introduces me to the new products but lets me make the decision to purchase or not. Most of the time I purchase and find it helpful with my comfort.
Be willing to give Good Feet a try, I am happy I did.
