Please don’t go here, Doug owes money all over town. He stole our window down payment. We first tried to get windows through silverton glass in july, by October we had had enough and tried to get our money back. When I went in he didn’t even have the money to cover the down payment. Two weeks later I called and he didn’t remember we were done with him and gave me the oh the windows are on a truck line again. I can only assume he owes so many people money he can’t remember everyone.

I had a branch fall on and break my passenger side mirror that was absolutely needed for safe driving in my truck with canopy. They were friendly and concerned, got me in right away and replaced it quickly and reasonably. Couldn't be happier!

We had really good service in the beginning. However we have had the company come back twice in less than 6 months to adjust our shower door. I reached out to them approximately 6 weeks ago to fix it again and have still not gotten them to fix it. I have called them multiple times and left messages with no help. I’m very disappointed and frustrated

4 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pieces of glass to cover small endtables. After multiple promises and multiple excuses, the glass is still not ready for pick up.

We have Milgard windows and doors….since we are out of warranty, Milgard sent us to Silverton Glass. Two techs were sent within a few days to check and tell us if the repair could be made. The tech responded that it was a simple fix, showed me the repair needed and it would take a couple days to get the part from Milgard and do the repair. Well I’ve called a half dozen times, heard multiple different excuses and now almost 2 months later, I’m still in the middle of nowhere! They don’t pick up their phone half the time or answer messages left. Pathetic service.

I used to turn to Silverton glass for many jobs and they were extremely responsive, timely and fair. Not now! New ownership and it has been a nightmare. Called for a week straight (daily) after a broken window in our house just to get a single call back. Guy finally came to look said he’d get back to me the next day with options and prices...it’s been another week and haven’t heard anything. Called them and same answer - “I’ll pass along the message and he’ll get back to you” that’s what they kept telling me before. I live in Silverton, I hate to take my business elsewhere but I’m left with a hole in my house, rain coming, and three weeks without any steps toward fixing it! Sorry, gotta go elsewhere and probably won’t go back.

They were able to find me an odd size shower door panel that I couldn't find anywhere else in town or online. Lucille was very friendly and she responded to my emails promptly and came in way under the original quote.
