Every drink we've gotten from here has been great!! The baristas have always been friendly, and really quick at making awesome drinks!
We live nearby and walked to get coffee with our dogs one day, and I will say the drive thru is a little intimidating if you're not in a car lol. But we understand that's just how it is haha but it would be really cool if someday they could have a more friendly walk-up area or maybe small seating. A big ask, but that's the only thing I think could improve here. Otherwise it's been great!! You guys rock 🙂

Edit: also I forgot to add that this place makes a strong drink!! Their coffee brew is solid, definitely a good place to pick if you're a caffiene lover!
Update Jan 2025: this place is still awesome!! Dutch Bros isn't hitting the spot anymore, but this place is. Right now I really love their lavender flavored drink! Love that the drinks are always brewed strong, and very flavorful. They definitely don't skimp on the flavor here!!

I visited Kel's Kickstart for the first time today and had the best experience! The owner and employee were so kind and friendly! And the coffee is delicious! I definitely will be returning!

I just pulled in on a whim for the first time and had one of the best iced coffees I've ever had. I had sugar free white chocolate and caramel syrup with whole milk and it still had a strong coffee flavor.

I was the only person there at the time, but the customer service was also great. Friendly and helpful, considering I had no idea what I wanted when I pulled up. Definitely going back whenever I'm in town.

After working in service for a dozen years, service is everything!

I was really excited to try this place, support a local biz and possibly become a regular, as it was highly recommended by a friend!

Pulled up, ordered my coffee asked why there was no soy milk and the barista start selling me that there's "too many hormones in soy," knowing that I soy all the time and have never had any hormonal imbalance I politely said "I eat soy all the time and have never had a problem, I don't believe that."

In my mind we agreed to disagree. She then walked away. As she walked up to the espresso machine I heard her say under her breath "oh it's going to be one of those types of days" in a nasty tone.

In other words she was just downright rude. I don't push my beliefs on others and I don't get upset when people believe differently than myself.

I left by telling her "I didn't appreciate her" but I misspoke, I didn't appreciate her attitude to a simple question.

I would not go back.

I’m so incredibly sad to get on the ban wagon of writing a poor review, especially as I’m a local and go get coffee every weekend. After memorizing which vehicle is whose, it becomes hit and miss if we pull in. We won’t go if the owner is working. She doesn’t make very good coffee and her attitude bites. We get puppuccino Everytime we go on the weekend, (WE DONT MIND PAYING) and we were told by the sweet barista gal that she was told by the owner they no longer allow this order. Seems crazy to turn down money. I’m huge about people just have bad days, but after speaking to several neighbors casually over the years we have found out we aren’t the only ones who look to see if the owner is working and if she is we find a new place to get coffee. They had similar complaints. From a small town girl, it’s bred into us to support local business but today after 4 years I have to finally say no more. Boots & Brew will get our business and our puppy dogs business too. How silly to lose a customer over poor customer service, it’s not hard to be nice.

This is a fantastic coffee shop. Lydia, our barista was so so sweet and made the best drinks. Their coffee is very tasty.

Overpriced and overhyped. Their green tea has sugar in it. The green iced tea is just bottled, pre-sweetened tea you can purchase at the grocery store. Iced tea is not organic or fresh yet they charge an arm and a leg for it. Older lady (I think she’s the owner) always has an attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else.
