My financial institutions have sent me a thank you card for living in Salem and that this establishment is not down the road from me, or within a 5 min drive. Silverton has a diamond value restaurant. Came in and ordered the "Spring" focaccia sandwich, two drinks from the fridge up front, a margherita pizza in the Neapolitan style and one scoop each of gelato for my wife and I. Didn't get photos of the gelato, but it was wonderful, I got mint and my wife got stracciatella. The sandwich I was concerned about, the bread that came out just looked like a fluffy big loaf, and maybe not focaccia, but I can assure you this is focaccia sandwich bread that is what most places wish they could make! Looks too big for a full bite, but the second you go for it, the pillowy soft bread, with the taste of olive oil, salt, and simplicity, was everything I ever wanted out of the sandwich with burrata, arugula, prosciutto di parma and balsamic. It was sooo good. The pizza is great and was absolutely the Neapolitan pizza of someone's dreams, sauce that is a great amount, not too little - not obnoxious, and crust that makes me reminisce of Italy and the beautiful people, culture and ultimately, the world changing food. It genuinely made me think of all of these things and just remember, that simplicity is the ultimate indulgence. WOW this place!

AMAZING!! My wife and I are hosting a foreign exchange student from Rome and it was a delight to watch her light up with an opportunity to speak her native tongue. Also it was the first time in 3 months that she ate an Italian dish that she didn't make that was actually like home. If you want a great deal on delightful authentic Italian food curbside is the only place in Oregon you are likely to find the rich vibrant culture and food of Italy. Also they are opening a candy shop across the street.

Wow!! Absolutely the best Italian bread I’ve ever had! I had the burrata white pizza with mortadella and my husband had the Caprese focaccia sandwich. Both were excellent. The pizza crust had exactly enough bite without being chewy or dry. Took home tiramisu for dessert later.

This was my first time at this restaurant. My friend and I thought it was delightful: small, quiet, really friendly service, really pleasant (and quiet) background music, and EXCELLENT food. We had two variations of their fettuccini, and both were delicious. This is definitely a great lunchtime option in Silverton!

I went for a focaccia sandwich that I have enjoyed a few times. I was surprised to hear they didn’t have any of those sandwiches anymore. I ordered a pizza and they didn’t have prosciutto so I substituted pepperoni on the prosciutto and mushroom pizza. It came unsliced and wasn’t good. The sauce was good but the crust didn’t hold up and was soggy and limp. Mushrooms undercooked and just seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing or lost their touch. The rest of the pizza places in town are better. I don’t think I will go back.

If you are debating where to eat in Silver Falls go here! Everytime we are in the area we make sure to eat here. Everything we have had here has been delicious. I think about the tiramisu often lol. You can tell all the ingredients are the best quality and the freshest they could be. The dishes are not overly complicated which let's the ingredients shine. The only Italian restaurant worth the money that I have been to outside of Italy. Sometimes there is a wait but I will gladly wait for food of this quality and freshness.
