I just wanted to give a shout out to Carlos from the Meat Department at our store located at 12070 County Line Road Ste C, Madison, AL 35756. Carlos was super helpful today when I asked that he trim down a few cuts of meat that I purchased. I explained to him that my request was based on a health condition that prevents me from eating fatty foods. He was more than willing to help even though there were other actions he was working one. His performance was very noteworthy and appreciated by me and my family that grew up on Publix, having lived in Miami, Florida for most of our lives. Carlos you have set high standards of Customer Service and Support. I look forward to seeing you again. Publix is truly blessed to have associates like you. Thank you.

Sushi at any Publix is good. Sushi at Publix Village Shoppes of Madison is incredible! Rivals any sushi restaurant in town. Prepared by an actual, skilled sushi chef. Amazing! Also a clean, friendly, well stocked store overall.

Ordered 2 ruebens online and paid for them. were supposed to be picked up at 7, stood there for 20 minutes waiting before anyone acknowledged me. They didn't start making them till then. Gave them to me cold in the same bag even though they were for 2 different people. WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING ONLINE IF THEY WAIT TILL YOU GET THERE?

It is the best. Best produce, by far the most courteous and helpful staff, high quality products. The store is clean and pleasant to shop in(the best by far). I like the pharmacy, deli, bakery, meat selection and quality of meat. The store is always well stocked.

Stopped in Thursday evening 6/27/2024 about 8:30pm. Went to the deli to get some lunch meat. Noticed a sign on case that ham was on sale. Ask the girl behind counter for pound. She got angry at me and said that they didn't have ham on sale.
So I pulled the sticker off and laid it on the counter to show her.That just escalated her anger.She started slicing fast I ask her twice to show me how thick she was cutting she refused.
So I ask for a manger and she refused that. So I went up to the service counter and ask for the manger. The manager ask her repeditly to go home she just got a got with her. What a terrible experience for shopping at Publix.

Store as a whole is very good, but Pharmacy could be better. I think they forget people work and don’t have time to come whenever sometimes or that people take the time to drive over and pickup prescriptions when they can. Everytime you call they give you a 3-4 hr wait minimum and sometimes a day. If you go in and ask to wait they make you feel like you’re ruining their day. Love this place and company I guess just be a little more considerate and I understand that works both ways.
