I have been seeing Tristan once a month for over a year and a half, and I am always amazed at how much better I feel after each of our sessions. He is almost a combination of physical therapist, massage therapist, and emotional well being therapist.

Tristan was professional, communicative, sensitive, present and super knowledgeable. I have fascia adhesions that cause pain and lack of mobility. He helped with fascia release and gave me some advice as to how a physical therapist could help in conjunction with myofascial massage. He is a real pro. Tristan also created a very comfortable work space which I really appreciated. I heartily recommend him.

Today I was a new member with Chrysalis. I called various other massage businesses in Ashland, and Chrysalis' fees were the most reasonable. The facility was clean and pleasant, and I was greeted by Roseann Orr, my massage therapist, upon my arrival. After completing a questionnaire, I was given a very relaxing and therapeutic massage in a pleasant room. I found Roseann to be friendly, professional, and intuitive. I would highly recommend Chrysalis if you desire a relaxing massage for a reasonable rate.

This was my first visit to Chrysalis Massage and my first massage in a year. I had quite a few "issues" to be worked on, and Roseann, my massage thereapist, listened to my needs and suited the treatment to best suit my body's well being.
The pressure was medium which helped to move and release the tension I had in certain areas.
Communication was minimal so I can relax during the massage.

I will probably feel a bit sore the next day, but that is on me and not on the therapist since I haven't had any body work done in a year.
Drink LOTS of water before and after any massage treatment to flush out toxins, etc.

I will be back and I do recommend AIM for any bodywork
treatments.
