Not long ago I started experiencing some wicked stick drift on a limited edition ps5 controller that I couldn't fix no matter what I tried. I took it to these guys and they were able to fix me back up for less than half the cost of a new controller. I will DEFINITELY be back for any repairs I need done and recommend anyone who needs things fixed up to give them a try! I haven't personally bought any games yet, but their selection is top tier. Give them your business!

Very organized store, great selection of games, and James was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Even hearing him speak with another customer he was genuine and provided the best options without up-selling anything. I walked out with 7 games today and am already looking forward to going back again in the future!

While visiting the Huntsville area for work, I was looking for a game store and had an awesome experience at the Alabama Game Exchange. Gabriel was incredibly kind, funny, cool, and was clearly a subject matter expert. He knew his stuff well and it showed. The store was well stocked with unique stuff and, as a Nintendo Switch collector, I found a lot of great and different options that I don’t often see at other stores. Would highly recommend to gamers, game collectors, and those looking to get their console repaired in the Huntsville area. I’m very glad I walked in there today! Keep up the great work and awesome customer service!

Came here to get a 360 controller repaired that had a wire cut inside by the previous owner of it. Had wasted no time getting it fixed and had it done in no more than 15 mins for a great price. As far as controller repairs go, I haven’t found a place that is better. I will be back here again for sure and I ran into the owner Gabriel and he is a great guy. He will get you talking but it’s easy to tell he knows what he is doing. 5/5!

Great store full of great and hard to find stuff . Haven't been able to make it to the Madison store since the old flea market days. So was excited to finally get in there. Been buying retro/rare stuff from Gabe for the better part of 20 years.( He never remembers us lol but thays ok) Gabe really is one of a kind and also one of the best. My son has grown up collecting along side me and has learned a ton from Gabe and was super stoked to get to meet back up with him and buy from him.

I absolutely love Gabe. He is so funny and sweet. I am so grateful for him after he was able to resurrect our PS3 after it was giving the yellow light of death, and at a very fair price. I never see myself going anywhere else for our gaming needs. 100/10 recommend ❤️

This guy is THE COOLEST ever! Took my son's PS5 in for a new HDMI port to be put in and he had it done in 15 minutes and was VERY FAIR in his pricing. He took the time to explain game console care to my son, showing him the cat hair and massive pile of pollen already accumulated inside the system despite being 3 months old. He was just the sweetest and most honest young man I could have hoped to do business with.....AND he's from Melbourne, FL my old stompin' ground! 100% legit *HIGHLY RECOMMEND*

My son took his xbox up there to get a hdmi repaired, and when we got home, the fan motor wouldn't work. Also now has problems loading apps.
