I was visiting Sisters in March and came across this cute shop. Fell in love with this picture but didn't get it. I got home and couldn't stop thinking about it. Two months later I called, spoke with Sheila and she said I was in luck! They just received a reorder of the picture. Bought it, had it shipped, received it the next day!
Fabulous customer service and quality is amazing!

I have never been treated so poorly by a store employee. My husband and I came to this store with our three kids, who were looking for souvenirs. We walked around the store, they picked up a few items to turn them over and look at the price, my youngest was carrying an item he thought he wanted, but ended up putting it back. At one point they poked a windchime and I immediately reminded them to not touch. They were not running, or being loud or wild in any way. The older woman with long gray hair at the counter started glaring at us, and then continued to follow us and glare, at one point she shook her head at us as if she was disgusted. I honestly don’t know what we did wrong. We chose not to purchase anything and left. Now that I’ve read the last review, it seems this woman is not welcoming to families or certain other types of people. Take your business elsewhere.

Our party had a most unfortunate experience here. We came to shop only to be judged pretty harshly. The older gray haired woman working the counter only had contempt for a member of our party. She looked this member up and down multiple times and shook her head in what could only be described as disgust. This is not a good look for the organization. People you employ should keep their personal preferences to themselves.
