I love Style Encore! Taylor, the manager is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, helpful and professional. The store is always clean, organized and the Ladies always say "welcome in". They have fabulous clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry plus much more at affordable prices. Five stars across the board! Taylor - stay awesome! ?

I went in today to find a pair of white jeans because platos didn't have any that fit me comfortably. The manager was so sweet, she helped me and they have cheap Kendra Scott, like instead of $55 it was $35

There needs to be a policy about professionalism at the checkout. The merchandise isn’t bad , but it isn’t great either.
Overall it’s a no for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove from Decatur, dropped off my clothes and was told it would take 30 minutes. I shopped in the store for an hour, bought a shirt and left. I decided to wait another 30 minutes. Called them and asked how much longer. They said they couldn't find my clothes. So, THREE hours later they found them and said they couldn't take any of my clothes! Most were new with tags. They never did send a text and when I looked in the bags, I could tell they never looked at my clothes. They were still folded the way I had them with the same items on top. So, they lied! Wasted my time and gas! The Platos Closet n Huntsville is wonderful, the girls were so sweet and took 20 items!

The quality has gone way down in the last couple years. You used to be able to get so many name brand items for a great price. I bought all my office clothes at Style Encore.. I don’t know what changed but now everything on the racks is an off brand and old and worn out. I used to get so many compliments on clothes I purchased there and I was happy to spread the word but now, everything is poor quality and even when you try to sell them name brand items (JCrew, Vince Camuto, Draper James, Teva, Limited are all items they turned away) they said they are not styles they are looking for. If I want WalMart brands, I’ll just shop at WalMart.

NEVER DROP OFF CLOTHES HERE TO BE SOLD!! THEY LOST 2 BAGS OF MY NAME BRAND ITEMS AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT AND BASICALLY STOLE FROM ME!!!
