I have tried to contact this store many times and after a few rings it disconnects the call stating that the server is unreachable, and there is no email address. I live too far away to drive to Sisters, so if anyone has a better way to reach them please post and thank you!

The staff is great! We were able to pick up our passes and kids season rentals here instead of up at Hoodoo. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Thank you Hillside for helping us start our season right! Tip- don't go in right when they open because it will be busy with day rentals. Go in after everyone else heads up to Hoodoo or the day before.

Sterling and Tracy have a ton of knowledge on all their products. I've purchased winter and summer items there. Even sunscreen. They're the best. Great deals on t-shirts right now.

Tried to call all day to get info about a ski I was looking for. Nobody ever picked up the phone or responded to a message. Then, the same day got a chance to stop by and the store had been closed early. We got there an hour before the posted close time that's on Google and on their front door and it looked like it had been closed for a long time. Incredibly disappointed in this. Would have thought that Hoodoo would be more reliable.

I went in to get a lift ticket and walked out with some new equipment. I appreciate Sterling and Dan for all the help and great suggestions when it came to buying my ski equipment. Amazing service!!

Bad service! Would not recommend! I got Ignored, the employees helped someone who came in after me first. I was told to go up to go up to Hoodoo to pick up my anytime pass, and the mountain is not even open yet! I wanted to shop the local ski shop, but had to settle for Craigs list instead.
