Love this thrift store! Every time I come to Madison I always swing by to see what they got. It’s very clean compared to most places and the clothes are always in good shape, not torn up and dirty. The prices vary depending on the items and the brands but overall I feel they are reasonable. I noticed 2 aisles that were a little cramped but the rest of the store was spacious. The employees and volunteers are very kind and helpful.

Reasonable prices for the most park. I have donated alot to them and it's nice to see my items being sold for a great cause. If you can, they are always looking for volunteers. Staff is amazing too !

I use to love going to this thrift store. However, the prices have become ridiculous. Dollar tree items being sold for double the amount and smaller picture frames for $12. Went to buy a tshirt and the older lady behind the counter took it and put it in a basket behind the counter and said I couldn’t buy it because the tag fell off. I will just go to the other thrift stores. Too dang expensive.

Woman behind the desk told me that I needed to change my babys diaper. Not sure why sense she could only see a portion of it and it was only half full. It wasn't even a poopy diaper. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn't buy a pair of jeans (which I spent 20 minutes trying on multiple pairs to find this one pair that fit nicely) because the tag had fallen off in the changing room. I told her I would still like to buy them and she was very rude and said no that I needed to come back after the jeans were reprocessed. I will not be coming back to this store.

Prices are also starting to get rediculous. Found multiple items from the dollar tree marked for $3+

Cashier with brown hair and glasses needs to mind her own business when it comes to other people's children . After I paid she had to tell me the shoes that my child was wearing were not good for her . Not her place to make that comment to me .

The Downtown Rescue Mission of Madison is a well organized thrift store with plenty of items to choose from, I had a good experience shopping there and I’m sure I’ll be back to shop again next time I’m in Madison.

Not a lot of room to maneuver right after you enter through the front door. Very cramped and perhaps even dangerous in case people need to get out in a hurry. Not many people inside, which was surprising on a Saturday, perhaps the prices are keeping a lot of people away. I probably won't be back at least not for a long time.

Amazing Thrift Store with amazing prices..... I frequent this store monthly and find great deals. Have furnished many rooms in my house from this store. The staff her is amazing nice quality clothes for Men Women and kids. The teen section is not great but we all know teens are extremely picky. I have even found great gently used athletic gear here for a reasonable price as well as dance attire. It is simply something for the entire family here.
