Haven't rented anything from them yet but will do in the future when needed. Was referred to them for pallets for my new shed and I walked in, the guy treated me like he knew me and was super eager to help my needs, renting equipment from them or not. Because of this, I will refer anyone to them and will use them in the future. Great people here!

Very uncomfortable with the manner I have been treated. Front desk service is very unprofessional.

One example, rented a storage unit for a year, and then it took 6 weeks of checking back to get our $40 deposit back - manager needs to sign check and he is out, then returned and still hadn't signed and gone again, you get the picture.

Second example, I purchased a brand new chain saw from them. The clutch burnt out the same day I bought it. Manager said I had run it against the chain brake for 5 minutes so this voided the warranty (maybe 15 seconds at most!). They said they would estimate the cost of repairing it and give me a call - 4 weeks later no call. I stopped in to check and front desk said repair cost would be $630. $50 more than the price of the saw! Obviously they were hoping I would buy another new saw from them. Think again! I took the saw to Redmond for repair estimate - $130 was their estimate!

I suggest taking your rental and repair business to Redmond or Bend. You will be glad you did.

We live out of state and needed a storage unit. My mom lives near by so she called and was told it was $100 for an 8x8, I called again and was told the same thing. When I had my mom go in the next day to pay, they gave the price of $110. We both told them what we were told just the day before and he just kept repeating the price of $110 and said we were probably given the rate from 6 months ago. I asked if he could talk to their employee working when I called and possibly honor what they originally told us and he just said no. I then asked if maybe he wanted to at least know who told us that so the employee doesn’t give wrong information going forward if they didn’t know and he said he “wasn’t interested in correcting anything.” Definitely don’t care about $10, but the poor consumer service and lack of consistency is enough for me to pass. We went to two other storage places in the area and experienced amazing customer service so definitely do your homework.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Sisters Rental. Every piece of equipment we have rented from them has performed perfectly and got the job done. Props goes out to the guys working in the shop and the yard, they are constantly on the move repairing people equipment and setting up rentals in a hurry. My repairs have been taken care of in a very timely manner and are fairly priced with anyone in central Oregon. Eric, Skyler, and all the guys working the sales and scheduling side of the business are always on top of their game and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with all of their Stihl products and the equipment that you can rent. This business will take care of you and your family!

Insanely expensive and don't recommend. Rented a Toro Dingo walk behind mini skid steer. Had it maybe 3 hours. Needed to rent a trailer too for the machine which is obvious lol. Total bill was $196.00. Definitely don't recommend and won't rent from ever again.

Needed a generator last minute for a short period of time. The folks there were fantastic, super quick reservation, load up and removal back out of the truck couldn’t have been easier. Great place to rent!

I used Sisters Rental for both renting items and the repair of various lawn tools that I needed. Over the several years I used them, I would give them nothing but glowing compliments. They were helpful often going the extra mile to make things work. Sisters is lucky to have such a good outfit.
