I was passing through Sisters on the way from Bend to Washington state when my check engine light came on. It was a very stressful day because I had a long drive ahead of me, it was getting dark, it was raining and I still had to get across the mountain passes. The person working in this shop was kind enough to use their code reader to retrieve the code triggering the engine light. I appreciate the kindness shown to me by the employee at this location. Thank you!

The guy was very grumpy, didn't want to listen to what I actually needed. He sold me the wrong color bulb and acted mad that I had to return it. I hadn't opened it or left the parking spot. I kept the other 3 items I purchased.

Passing through Sisters and needed to read the OBDII and add a quart of transmission fluid. Thanks for letting me use the 8mm socket to get to the transmission dip stick. Made it home.

This place is horrible! They lied and ripped me off. I hate this place. I needed a portable battery charger that didn't need a plug and told them this. He sales me a more expensive charger that ends up needing a plug to charge my battery. I was so upset. He told me that if it wasn't the right one that I could return it. I tried to return it had my receipt and everything and then told me that he wouldn't return it. Unreal! Lost out on 300$
