Cute boutique in downtown Bend! We were walking by and saw the cutest little Pomeranian face peeking out so stopped to say hi. We love a shop dog!! Her name is Jules and she’s so sweet! Her humans were there and greeted me and my Sandwich pup warmly. Looking forward to going back and doing some shopping next time we are in town. ☺️

I was going into the bar next door to pick up my breakfast and noticed a sweet little old Pomeranian in the front door at Desperado Boutique. I hope he wasn't unattended, since the store hours are 11am to 6pm. That's an awful long time without being checked on. Just hoping this isn't a regular occurrence.

I love this store! They have the friendliest staff and amazing customer service! I was surprised by how knowledgeable they are about the products they sell, they really do their homework. Typically I don't wear "western" style clothes, but I always find something I like when I shop here. They have a little bit of something for everyone no matter what your style is. I always make sure to stop in whenever I'm in Bend!

The employees are here are tactless to the point of being inept.

While shopping one of the uppity employee grab one of our purchases out of hands and insisted that it would be at the register if we wanted to buy it. No asking if they could hold it for us, but physically removed the items from my partner's hands while reminding us we have no obligation to buy it. That only served to remind me I had no interest in any of the other items I was considering buying.

Learn to interact with your customers without treating them like thieves... Not that this place has anything worth stealing.

I loved this place back when they were in the old mill but now…not so much. Before the employees were friendly but here sadly no. I was followed around the store and watched like a hawk by who I believe was the owner. I noticed I was being watched so I looked up and smiled but was met with a cold stare. It’s sad because I loved this place and have ALWAYS left with items I have happily paid for. I will not be returning and will not suggest this place to anyone.
