The staff seems really happy and appears to get along very well. Okay, now that the positive part is out of the way, here's what I experienced.
Online ordering on both apps is unavailable, but they do have a place for online orders, so I guess that's coming.
Online price for pretzel dog is $3.99. Price in the store is $5.49.
I waited 31 minutes for two pretzel dogs after being told "that'll be right out."
Got home and opened up the dogs, and they were burnt. Very burnt. See pics.
If you pay by credit card, you get presented with the option to tip before you live this fantastic experience.
Unlike other posts, I was the only one there when I walked in. Seven people got served before I got my food. All drinks. A couple of the drinks when they were picked up still had stuff dripping down the sides, and there were no napkins in the dispenser.
I was offered some cinnamon something because the wait was so long, which I turned down. I had already been sitting there for over 30 minutes and it was at least 78° in that store. I just had no interest.

Again, the staff seemed really happy, was really nice, and seemed like they were having a good time, and I'm sure that the drinks were great, even if a couple were a little messy. So, order your drink, make sure they've got napkins before you get one, and only get food that's sitting in the display. After reading these posts, if I were them, I would ditch the Auntie Anne's portion and just stick with Jamba. In the half hour I was sitting there, it was very clear no one was there for food except for me and one other person who was still waiting for their food when I left and had been there for at least 15 minutes. There were at least eight employees working, so this is not a staffing issue.

The employees are friendly but not competent. The food/smoothies are good but the wait is long and the prices are astronomical. Not only are the prices high on the menu board but when they ring you up the total is higher than the posted price. When I asked the worker she told me she doesn’t control the posted price and would not honor the price posted. Photos attached, we ordered a number 1 which is $12.78 but we were charged $13.28, and if you bought the combo and want sauce that is extra too. I will not be going back.

This place is a Joke! I placed an order 3 days in advance to be ready at a set time and they didn’t have my order ready and told me it would be another 20 minute wait. What is the point of calling ahead? The costumer service is poor and they didn’t offer any compensation or discount on the order for their lack of preparation on my order. This is not the first time this has happened. There is always a long line here and the staff is rude. Will never be back to this location!

If I could give negative stars I would. WOWZERSSSS do not go here. Every single one of the 4 people there looked miserable and moved SO incredibly slow, no motivation what so ever. The Pretzels and lemonade are already made so they only have to make a smoothie to complete your order. Yet somehow it still took over a half hour to get my order when there was literally one order ahead of mine. The cashier was totally clueless filling orders and then there was someone in the back that would eye roll anytime someone asked something (because there were many unhappy customers waiting at this point). And then on top of that they are one of those establishments that ask for a tip before they even complete the task. Pretzels should be a grab and go establishment, i can get food quicker at a restaurant. Won't be back.

Ordered a #1 and #3.
Almost $30 later, 10min+ wait,
I was told you probably did order a #1 (pretzel bites) but I grabbed something else two regular pretzels. (#3) Sorry. No replacement, no fix no refund.
So expensive for what I thought was going to be a quick snack.
Count me out for life.

I am SO happy that this place has opened here in Sandy. I went the second day after their opening and boy was it packed. The cashier was extremely friendly and down to earth. I got the original pretzel nuggets and an orange dream machine and my brother got the pizza nuggets and a strawberry whirl. It was a very long wait (to be expected though due to the sheer volume of customers) that was worth every minute of patience. My smoothie was delectable and the nuggets divine. So fresh, warm, and soft, with the perfect amount of salt. All the staff were working extremely hard and delivered supreme customer service. 10/10 experience and cannot wait to go back!

Would not recommend. Server sitting on counter and eating not very sanitary. Mini pretzel dogs are frozen and not made fresh. Also burned on the bottom.

Food was good but. Definitely some service issuse, I got two pretzels and two cheese dips. Only got one cheese dip, not the end of the world. But I did find it confusing that they could not just get the food and hand it to me when the. Display was full. If I got a juice I would understand a longer wait. I waiting for 30min for them to hand me over the two items seemed odd. And the manager was rather inappropriate to her coworker at the counter. He forgot to get my name it happens. She said to him in front of the whole store.
"If you forget to get a name again I'm going to send you home".
This to me is not an okay thing to say infront of customers and i as a customer did not care that he forgot it happens they are a new business.
