Matt was extremely professional and easy to work with! He answered our questions and helped us find the right solutions. We now have two mini splits and a hood vent for a wolf 48" range that work properly! He was friendly and treated our home as if it were his own. We had Mountain Air come look at our ancient, wonky heating/cooling system to see if they could fix the AC, which has been broken for years. They were timely and professional, and patient in explaining things. Most importantly, though, Matthew really knows what he's doing and is a determined problem solver. He was able to figure our system out (no small feat, and he did it quickly), fix a broken capacitor, correct an odd thermostat setup, and diagnose the cooling problem (broken reversing valve on a very old heat pump). He was able to give us options for fixing vs. replacing the system, which will help with our future planning for home maintenance costs. The capacitor he fixed brought the heating part of the heat pump back to life, which will save us a ton of money on heating this winter. We are very pleased and plan to work with them for all our future HVAC needs.

Had Mountain Air Heating & Cooling out for yearly cleaning. He recommended a deeper cleaning process that I didn't even know was possible, which made a great difference. I am glad he took the time to explain the best way to maintain our heat and AC system. Better to maintain now vs replace in a heat wave or snow storm, due to lack of maintenance.
I also like the maintenance program and easy online scheduling.
