Bought a baptismal suit for baby boy. I asked the young lady that if it didn’t fit if I could bring it back and get money back she said yes. When I came the store hours said they are open but we’re actually closed. I called number on door and the lady did come to meet me. She told me all sales were final and I could only exchange. If that was posted I didn’t not see it and I told her they told me I could bring it back, all I had to do is show them the email or give them my name. Prices here are too expensive. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Shop around Im sure you will find a better place.

VERY RUDE. I just called and the lady was very rude. I just wanted to ask about a specific dress before driving 1 hour to make an order. She concluded the call by calling me “vieja mamona” & I had the phone on speaker, which my whole family witnessed. Definitely ruined a special moment. Do not recommend. I ended up calling a store in Seattle, and the experience was so much better, willing to drive 5 hours for this dress to Seattle instead.

I had bad experience with this store. Because I bought a dress that they took off the mannequin, my daughter tried it on. There was a rip on the back side on the outer side. I called to ask about bringing it back and they said she already tried on so we can’t bring it back. But the lady also pulled on the dress to see if she could make it fitted her better. So I called and asked about her pulling on it trying to adjust it she laughed and said ya right. Very rude on the phone and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t recommend this place. I am currently having a terrible experience with my order I placed with them. I placed an order a couple weeks ago to have it ready by this month and they lacked communication and are trying to charge me more. They are rude and unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Long story short but I don’t recommend this place to my enemies. Went to buy an overpriced dress and invitation cards for a quinceañera. We submitted all our payments in a timely manner, got our dress (in very poor condition) and we were just waiting on cards. Business owner harassed us multiple times whenever we asked on the ETA of cards. Went in to pick them up when they were ready (a week before the actual party) and found them to have an incorrect design. First and foremost we were upset that they took so long to create the cards, alongside them being made incorrectly, but the owner blamed us and said there were no refunds and “to take it or leave it.”

Made an appointment to see an event room but the very rude lady canceled on us the day of and didn’t even let us know until we called her she gave it to some clients she already new so just gave it to them before us. Do not recommend coming to princesa’s fashion horrible service.

Came here to order my daughters dress for her quinceañera, very helpful. Both Connie and Juan helped a lot. My duaghter had tears in her when she saw her dress. Very pleased.

This lady has some nerve telling me she isnt goi2nh to exchange my daughters bouquet after she gave me the wrong color telling me "that me and my family should stay away from her store just cause i gave her a bad review on fb" plz u ruin my daughters quince and u want to overcharge me plus keep my money oh No im not gonna stand back and get screwed lady sorry ive worked hard just to let u laugh at me no way keep on hoping this just became legal and im not gonna b the only one complainting this is a huge family and friends word of mouth gets around
