Nice guy. Did not have posted anywhere in store or on receipt or verbally told no return on unused grinder or flower pen. My dad is a veteran and we where trying find a healthy way. When I showed it to him at his house. He didn't want it. I went back told they couldn't refund or exchange for something else. The policy no return. I would understand if it was posted or Told me. Now I'm out 60 dollars and have no use for it.

Literally tried to rip by boyfriend off over a $10 coil we have gotten multiple times. Was even STILL priced at $10 and the older man behind the counter was saying no they are $20...when he proceeded to ask why the change when it’s still priced at $10 on the package Was treated awful and the owner was extremely rude. We went to smoking deals, our regular shop and were in and out in 5 minutes and with new pen AND coil for under $20 and it’s honestly better then the one we originally got from AYN...it was the disrespect was our final staw. It was clear at AYN they had a slow day and tried to get extra money from us. No matter we just were trying to help a new local business but I can’t recommend them to anyone after the way Iv heard he has treated multiple people and now Iv experienced it first hand. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP.

These guys are awesome 😁I was looking for a atomizer for my vape pen and it took a lot of effort to find one that was compatible with my vape pen but the staff here were diligent and found the right piece for my pen. Five stars all the way!
