Garret was super friendly and helpful. He took the time out to let me try about every firm and plush top mattress in the store. He explained the difference in beds and brands and warranties. He didn’t push anything on me or make me feel I needed to make a purchase today with him. He let me go through the store to look at bed frames without following me around and when I was ready to make a purchase he was right there.

I also love their choice of music in the store

We needed a couch and chair that was a value. Nothing special, just something to get us by until we remodel our home. The extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff showed us our options, including what they had on sale for 50% off in the back. While they said that they were floor models with blemishes, we still can't find them on what we purchased. I absolutely love that we got out of the store with what we needed; under budget! They delivered the same day too (these two deserve acknowledgement for their fast curious effort)! Once we remodel, we will definitely be back to outfit our house. They have an outstanding selection of artwork and pictures too. One by "Bacci (sp?) stood out. One suggestion... If you buy new furniture, and have cats, get scratching post(s)! I wish they sold quality ones not the junk we ended up getting elsewhere. I definitely recommend this store for quality, selection and customer service.
