Brian is amazing, he was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, compassionate, and totally dedicated to getting people back into playing instruments and letting the music flow!! Helped us fix our violin and our electric guitar solely for the purpose of us being able to play again! I will forever go to his shop as long as I live in Klamath Falls Oregon! Tipped him what I could, but his hospitality and service was worth much more than I can afford!!!

We first came here because my daughter needed a violin for school orchestra, it's nice they have easy payment plan and option to rent or buy.

We ended up returning the violin because around the same time she got the violin she also got a guitar.

She likes playing the guitar more. We got it restringed for around $31 cost of strings and labor.

There are people here who also offer lessons for different musical instruments, 4 weeks later my daughter loves taking guitar lessons with Phil.

Phil is a great teacher he is kind, very patient and you can tell he enjoys what he's doing. Everyone who works here is the same way honestly.

This is one if the friendliest places in Klamath we visit.

Best music store I've ever been to. Quality products at affordable prices. The best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Bonus if you're in a band or perform on stage, they have a performers discount. I've never seen that at any musical instrument store in my life.

I’ve been a professional musician for near 50 years. This is my go to store for anything I want. If they don’t have it, they’ll order it. Great variety of quality instruments and a vast knowledge of them as well. Most of all they’re honest and I value their integrity…great smiles as well

Great place! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my 1964 acoustic guitar there for repair and it sounds awesome! Very affordable. My new favorite store!!! Going to bring other old instruments of mine to them - I definitely trust them to fix them.

Top notch service and a great attitude! Recently had the need to have a couple of new guitars set up and I was impressed by the service. Fast, friendly and they did exactly as I asked.
