5 years ago I moved back here to Klamath and needed furniture. Being 3rd generation Klamath, my dad suggested I look at Carlson’s to support one of his local long time acquaintances and support our town. I found a bed frame that I loved, a mattress, and designed a custom feather couch, picked out the fabric and all. The whole process was seamless and they made special accommodations for me with letting the mattress off gas for a while since I’m sensitive to the fumes that new mattresses have. I had such a wonderful experience that now I’m going to go back for my next bed set for my guest room. Everything arrived on time, and my custom couch actually arrived ahead of schedule. We just moved to Klamath Falls and previously ordered our mattress and bed frame from Carlson's. We had a wonderful shopping experience; Eric Amundson was very helpful and low pressure to purchase. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price.
We scheduled delivery for a specific day and time because we were flying in and had to drive up. The deliverymen arrived at exactly the right time, did a fantastic job setting up our bed and were very conscientious about making sure it was where we wanted.
We had a superior experience with Carlson's and would definitely recommend them!

Just over a year ago, my wife and I purchased two recliners. Unfortunately, just after a little bit, one of them was having an issue. The service department got it in and fixed the issue. The person I spoke to that handles the service went above and beyond to fix the recliner. He was top notch and very professional. However, the recliner continued to have issues, and after about 15 months of having this recliner, the owner issued a complete refund, and provided me with another high quality recliner.

Not only was the complete sales experience very pleasant, they stood behind their product and made me a happy customer. We have purchased many items from Carlson's in the past, and because of the way they handled this situation, I will never go to another place to purchase fine furniture. Thank you Dave for excellent customer service, you have a buyer for life.

I have purchased several items from Carlson's Furniture over the years and have always been treated to great service. On one occasion, I was in need of a recliner and was about to leave town for my work. Dave and Dan Carlson delivered the recliner the same day, knowing I would not be back home for a week. They went above and beyond on service that day, and every other day I have shopped there since. Thanks Guys for a great store and great service.
