Ordered mobile, took 10 mins to drive there, they still parked us... 15 minutes later, I went in for the food because we were still parked. Only had 3 burgers, 3 fries and 20 chicken nuggets. Slowest service ever

I come here to hit up Ace hardware. It's close and sometimes they have products that Home Depot does not have.

Came into the store at the end of the evening was helped by Wil Marquez this guy was flying through customers and the most helpful employee I’ve ever met. Keep this guy he’s worth twice what you’re paying him.!

Ace Hardware Store (East Salem) is hidden between Safeway and the auto parts store. But they're awesome! Spectacular customer service and competitive prices. And they often have things Lowe's & Home Depot no longer carry.

I frequent this plaza often because it has Starbucks, Papa Murphys, Little Caesars, Ace, and Safeway. There are other businesses as well, but I don't typically visit those. It's conveniently located, but Lancaster and Silverton road are extra busy streets, so sometimes it's difficult getting back on the road. Also, during rush hours, there is quite the congestion surrounding Little Caesars because everyone wants to use the drive through, and they block traffic.

I needed a part for my truck. They were able to look it up and get me what I needed. They even called the other store and made sure they held the part for me until I got there. It was nice knowing they were going to set me up for success in completing my purchase and fixing my truck.

The reason it gets 3 stars is because Safeway is in that parking lot. Without that, the whole place is hell. They have Starbucks and Little Caesars right next to each other with the drive-through right across from each other. And of course, nobody wants to get out of their car, so everybody decides to go through the dang drive-through. That causes the traffic to back up all the way to Lancaster' drive.
