I've had nothing but an amazing experience here. Briana listened to what I envisioned for my wedding day and helped me find the perfect gown. She was kind, accommodating, and made the experience fun and lighthearted. My subsequent visits for my fitting have also been really pleasant. This shop is THE best place for finding the perfect wedding dress.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this store and their owners. I decided to plan a visit to book an appointment for a later time. I was inspired to visit in-person, since their website failed to show selections available in their store. Moments upon entering their store (that was empty with no clients in sight) I was met with smug-rudeness and discriminatory undertones. I inquired about browsing their dresses to best see what styles they offer, prior to booking an appointment. I was turned away and was told there was no use in me looking around; they even deterred me from making an appointment. They shared that any possible dress I could think of (or possibly be interested in) “wouldn’t be available, anyway.” They also told me to go look somewhere else. I highly do NOT recommend this bridal shop. They’re a disgrace to the spirit of wedding shopping; such should be an experience of excitement, accommodations and positivity. I encourage brides to find better and I encourage the establishment to do better.

I loved my experience working with Madison Town & Country Bridal! Every time I came to the shop, I was treated kindly and with enthusiasm. Throughout my process of finding my dress, the team was receptive to my feedback as I tried on each dress, until they brought me my dream dress! They were very sweet and let me come try it on again when it arrived just because I was excited to see it. When it came time for alterations, their in-house seamstress was friendly and so fast! My dress was absolutely beautiful and I can't thank Madison Town & Country Bridal enough for making my dreams come true.

Phenomenal experience with my bridesmaids dresses as well as my bridal gown! They have a great selection of bridal gowns at an affordable price. They also have the BEST staff. Taylor was amazing to work with not even to mention the first dress she gave me to try on was the one! 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best experience here!! I couldn’t have asked for better support during my search for my wedding dress. They made sure to ask about what I had in mind and were so intentional! I actually ended up picking a dress I’d never considered (it was more fitted than I’d thought I’d like) and it is so dang pretty and flattering!! I can’t say enough good things and I highly recommend!

Love, love, loved my experience here. I hated dress shopping for lots of reasons, but this sales woman took her time with me and listened to what I wanted/ needed. I ended up with my perfect dress! I also had my dress altered by their seamstress.
