Your Store Seaside - Seaside, Oregon

I was looking at “your store” for a sticker that I could place on my yeti mug, and I found a wide range of stickers that had Seaside on them . I didn’t realize that there was two different stores, one for adults and one for children so I took a look on both sides. The place was busy so it wasn’t that many people available at the register so there was a slight wait however, that is to be expected on the weekdays with so many people inside the store.
Note: the reason for the score of 3 stars: Lack of employee engagement. when I finally found an employee to purchase my item in the other store there was no engagement and when I walked in both stores there was no acknowledgment that I had enter the store or any employee to be found to assist . Just a simple hello with a smile from any employee to acknowledge they see me and if I need help. Customer centric business models don’t just have employees who put a smile on they have their employees thinking that good service is an opportunity to earn your customer’s business.

I went shopping in Seaside before I hit the beach. This was the first time. Normally I just go to the beach, start a fire, sit in my camping chair, watch the ocean and drive back to Portland.
I was overwhelmed by all the shops I saw on Broadway street until I saw the sign advertising T-shirts.
I walked in and knew I found what I wanted. I ended up buying 3 tshirts instead of just one. The price was affordable - less than $20 for a new T-shirt.

I loved how the shop was organized and it was not overwhelming. Plus the merchandise was adorable. Big Foot is a thing in Oregon. I liked the Big Foot merchandise.

I went on a Monday. The staff was very helpful and I was in and out of the store pretty quickly.

I went to seaside beach in Oregon on vacation and went into YourStore Clothing and bought a woman's sweatshirt. After I left there I realized that it became one of my favorites. Thru a lot of research I contacted the store again (I live in Connecticut) and talked to a couple clerks who directed me to one of the owners of the store. I sent her a picture of the sweatshirt and she checked her warehouse and store and found what I wanted and had it shipped to me. Cara (hopefully that is the spelling) truly has a customer service gene! She is by far the best customer oriented person I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend their store.

The store on one side has recently expanded and looks nice. The prices are not too bad, I picked up a good warm sweatshirt I like for around $24.99. The staff is also very friendly and keep the store clean.

Love this store! We have been shopping here for years, yes the prices have increased - but the quality of the clothing has also increased. They still have tons of sale items ($6.99. - $19.99). Their staff is always ready to help and very polite. Can’t for my next beach trip!

NEVER SHOP HERE. My family and I looked forward to our first trip to Seaside. And our tween wanted a tie dye hoodie to remember the occasion. I also grabbed a maroon sweatshirt from the store and a hoodie for our younger son.

I accidentally spilled coffee in the bag opening our hotel door so I put them in the laundry on cold water with some other clothes.

The red dye for everywhere! I rewashes clothes from home and the dye came out. I rewashed the other two tops from the store and it didn’t.

Went back the next day, lady said to come back next day at 10 to talk to manager. Fine.

Came back. Manager said since it’s washed he can’t sell the product so he can’t do a return or store credit. We showed him before and after pics. Are you kidding me?! Our fingers were turning red just standing there holding the shirt. We put all 3 shirts on the counter and left. $50 out of pocket. NEVER SHOP HERE. You get what you pay for.
