I visit here every time I go to Seaside. It's where I bought my daughter her favorite jellycat monster. First of 3. My only complaint is the customer service. They do hover. only put the one star cause if the jelly cats, me and my friend’s went about 2x cause the jelly cats were so cute but the staff was so passive agresdive and were staring us down like hawks and i felt like they were following us to make sure we weren’t stealing. i felt very unwelcome in this store and very uncomfortable with the costumer service, i even bought somthing but they were very rude.

I’ve seen a couple reviews about the “owner” of this shop. I walked in simply to pass through to the outside door but before I even made it a single step, he rudely stopped me and demanded I leave because I had a drink in my hand and mumbled something under his breath after I politely told him I would leave. I understand the policy but you should also understand that you are literally next to a café, people will have drinks. Now I’m really not going to give this shop business but I suppose that doesn’t matter as people will still continue to. Just be kind for gods sake!

I really took my time in this store to look around and they had a great variety of plushies, small items, t-shirts, etc. I really enjoyed buying things here, not to mention that the staff were very nice! They even gave a free hat and sticker! This place might be pricey, but I think it was worth it since the items were of great quality!

Clerk or owner seemed deliberately slow to aid in our purchase, and did not even say one word or look at us during the transaction. On the other hand, he was very vocal about wanting to turn the TV off when he noticed kids briefly watching the Pokémon show on their screen.

The clerk did not look up either time I went in. She did not great me say anything, could not be bothered to look up from her phone. She did say “is that all” when I went to buy something. There were a few other items I would probably have bought it Was a warmer welcome. She was even on her phone on and off through processing payment and as soon as it was done her head went right on down to interact with her phone.

Compared to all the other souvenir shops, this place had totally different designs on their clothing apparel. Little bit on the expensive side compared to other shops but I was looking for different designs. The lady behind the counter was super sweet.
