I took my iphone to just fix the broken back glass. It supposed to be ready in 2 hrs. When I went the employee told me that the glass was not the correct size that next day will be fixed. I went the next day and the business was closed. Noboby called me or give me any explanation. A week later finally someone reply to my text and told she will be there to fix my phone. Later she called me to let me know that the camera flash was melted that it happened when she was using the laser to remove the back glass that she needs to order a new one. The store was close again and for two weeks nobody called me again. Two weeks later someone called me after I emailed the corporation to let them know. They said that phone will be ready, I went and of course it wasn't ready, they asked me to go again in the afternoon. When I got there the phone wasn’t ready they made me wait 20 min and at the end when I was checking my phone the screen was broken. They ordered d a mew one and fixed it. The resolution was terrible, only worked for 5 days, it is not charging. My phone now it is a not working. Now the owner is not answering and don’t want to pay me for my phone

Awful service, the technician broke my son's tablet, completely destroyed the motherboard & tried to blame it on me 😄😄😄. I had to explain to him that he did it, he was the only one working on it, but he kept insisting it was me. Anyways he refused to give me my son's broken tablet back? I told him that it was still our property, then he gave it back. He kept calling me a cheap man. Never ever will I go back to that I broke it place 😄

Don't usually leave reviews, but stood in front of the desk with the guy just playing on his phone, glanced up once and continued with no acknowledgement I was even there. Stood there a few more minutes before I just walked out. Will have to get my phone repaired from out of town.

Very professional and top notch service! Jonas was amazing and went above and beyond to not only repair my iPhone screen but also noticed that phone speaker was not working properly. He took the time to reopen phone and inspect and fix! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely be back if I ever I have issues with any of our phones and electronics.

Jonas is the man. He recommended a quick and efficient cleaning on my charger port before suggesting repair. He applied a privacy screen on my iPhone 11 quick, clean, and I guarantee that I will bring back the tablets for screen repair, charger port cleaning, and I might even take a Bluetooth speaker next time.
Come to this place knowing what you want.
I left my phone and wallet with him to take cash back from the register and I absolutely trust this guy with all future repairs.
