I visited this CVS on a Tuesday evening around 7 PM. The store was clean, and I was greeted by two different staff members, which made for a welcoming experience. The pharmacy area was well-stocked and organized. There was only one person ahead of me, so I waited about a minute before being helped. I used the CVS app to pick up my prescription, and the entire process was quick and seamless—my visit took no more than five minutes. Overall, a great experience with friendly service and efficiency!

CVS Y MAS pharmacy employees in El Centro CA always have the time to answer any questions regarding my prescription and copay. When my brother’s insurance didn’t cover his heart prescription, CVS pharmacy helped him by providing prescription discounts. The discounts sure helped a lot to lower the cost of his prescription. My brother is not only a customer but one who matters to CVS Pharmacy. Thank you CVS. Your service is excellent and you will always be our number one pharmacy.

At my last visit, as I was waiting (for my sister to pay for her things) a CVS member came up to me and gave me a bag to put my three prescription bags inside. I went through the drive-thru and picked up my medication. The wait in line was very reasonable. Approximately 2 minutes.

This has been my pharmacy to go for years but lately the customer service at the pharmacy is so bad. The staff is always so rude, seems like they hate working there. Barbara attended me today, she helped me with absolutely nothing and on top of that she was rude when I was talking to her nicely.
